The room was quite big and comfortable. Breakfast is great. It is 3 minutes from Ostbahnhof and 10 minutes from Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn.

There are no movement sensors in the corridors and you have to find the switches in the dark.

We loved Rick on the front desk who was so friendly and helpful to a couple of english speaking Australians. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we had a room to our liking. The whole hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet and very comfortable. We also enjoyed having a bath tub in our room so that we could relax our aching muscles after several days of walking around beautiful Berlin.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb with extensive choice.

It is quite a walk from the city centre and the surrounding area is not very interesting. However, there is good public transport from the area.

Hotel restaurant a bit pricey given what you get on your plate.

Great service from the personnel and great rooms. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, which makes for a very quiet environment within the noisy city. I particularly liked the beds: I find most hotel beds are too soft, the beds at Innside are firm and made me sleep like a habby baby. The hotel is located next to the Ostbahnhof, what makes it very easy to travel to other parts of the city.

Innside is located in East-Berlin and I did not find its direct surroundings very entertaining or nice. You need to go to other parts of the city to find a nice dinner spot.

Very good location just beside the s Bhan with a direct express train to the airport. Rooms were very clean and the staff and the front desk were very helpful.

+ Just 5 min from S-Bahn Ostbahnhof -- you are well connected to the city, but you do not hear the trains even if the window is open; + modern well equipped rooms; + breakfast; + flexible and helpful receptionist (the problem was solved).

- There are smoking rooms (do not forget to write that you need non- smoking one) - cleaning personal starts making noise too early. In my opinion they should start after breakfast

Great location, very close to the train station yet quiet. Fantastic staff and comfortable room. Glass fragment in the bathroom wall is not a problem- in fact, one cool add-on for a couple ;-)

Gym a bit too small and no mattts for yoga lovers- not a mega problem if you are not fanatic to practice your Sun salutations daily.

Location and competitive price with good value for money.
